When our products leave the warehouse, it is packed very well in THREE layers of bubbles, with lots of popcorn and space fillers, in a double wall super thick box! You will most likely NOT get a damaged product unless the delivery man chooses to step on it before delivering to your door... however, we know accidents happen! if you receive a damaged item, please email us photos right away!! We do not accept returns for any item that has been used. No exceptions.
Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Procedure
If you are not pleased with your product, or if your product is found to have arrived defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of item delivered. Items that show signs of wear or heavy use may not be returned. Please note:
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in full (including parts and/or accessories).
- Items must be packaged the same way it arrived to ensure it is not damaged when returned to us.
- Items returned without authorization will not be processed, items may be discarded, or items may be returned to inventory and a store credit provided to customer minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Certain restrictions apply.
All products shipped to DankGals must have a RGA number written on the outside of the package. To receive a valid RGA number, please e-mail us within 14 days of the delivery date for detailed instructions and information.
If an RGA number is granted, the party sending back the RGA is responsible for shipping charges. If the item is declared a warranty issue by our Warranty Department, we will either repair it or replace it, at our option. We will then ship back the warranty item to the address provided. If the item is found to not have a warranty issue or if the problem is determined to not be covered under warranty, the party sending back the RGA is responsible for the shipping charge back to them.
If you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery date via email, including photos of the damaged item and order number.
